Do players ever pay?
Never. Pricing is per host. Everyone who joins with the PIN plays free, with no account.
What's an Event Pass?
A one-time pass for a big occasion, like an all-hands or a conference. For 7 days your games take up to 500 players, with image questions, CSV import and export, and no "Made with Drule" credit. Buying another adds 7 more days.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Billing and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens to my quizzes if I downgrade?
They all stay. You can still host, edit and delete every quiz; on Free you just can't add new ones beyond 5.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Pick the new plan from Billing. Your previous plan is cancelled and keeps working until its period ends; unused time isn't refunded.
Are retros and health checks free?
Yes. Retro and health-check templates and anonymous mode come with every plan, Free included. Team adds health-check trends across sessions and Slack & Microsoft Teams integrations.
How do Team seats work?
Team includes 10 creator seats in one shared workspace. Invite teammates by email, share quizzes and reports, and put your logo and color on the big screen.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled securely by Paystack, in US dollars or Nigerian naira.
